Enrollment Reporting

For users new to Enrollment Reporting, webinars can be viewed in chronological order. For more experienced users, you can select webinars based on an area you want to strengthen.

Compliance Reporting: Avoiding Common Enrollment Audit Findings (60 minutes)
Hear the common audit pain points related to Enrollment Reporting for student aid compliance and how to avoid them. Join us as we walk through compliance issues identified during a financial aid audit or program review, how to avoid repeat findings and mitigate risk for future audits. For anyone who submits scheduled enrollment files or makes online updates to Enrollment Reporting to the Clearinghouse, Postsecondary Registrar Office staff, Postsecondary Enrollment Services staff, Postsecondary Financial Aid Office staff, Postsecondary Institutional Effectiveness who work with Title IV student aid compliance, and Postsecondary Institution Compliance staff.

Enrollment Reporting: After the File is Processed (30 minutes)
Learn the next steps once file has been processed into our database, how institutions are notified of the file processed and how to access the Reject Detail Report. Then we’ll review the elements of the Reject Detail Report, common errors, and how to resolve those errors. We will also discuss the EDI Reject Report for EDI institutions. This session is intended for postsecondary institutions using the Clearinghouse’s Enrollment Reporting service.

This Audit Resource Center Compliance webinar showcases the overarching NSLDS reporting requirements, Clearinghouse Enrollment Reporting processes, and resources designed to meet your institution’s compliance reporting needs. We include best practices that support your institution in maintaining compliant reporting and mitigate compliance risk. This session is intended for Postsecondary staff who work first hand with federal financial aid auditors or Program Reviewers, anyone who submits scheduled Enrollment Files to the Clearinghouse, Postsecondary Registrar Office staff, Postsecondary Enrollment Services staff, Postsecondary Financial Aid Office staff, Postsecondary Institutional Effectiveness who work with Title IV student aid compliance, Postsecondary Institution Compliance staff.

Postsecondary Data Partnership Q & A (30 minutes)
The Postsecondary Data Partnership allows institutions to receive dynamic reports via Tableau to help with early indicators of student success based on Gateway courses, grades, and progression. In addition to creating dynamic reports, you will learn how you can send Cohort, Course, and Grade files to the Clearinghouse for sharing to your existing partners.
