Thank You, Education Community, for Trusting the Clearinghouse!
By Jonell Sanchez, Vice President of Education Services, National Student Clearinghouse
Dear Education Community:
We are grateful for the trust and confidence that you, representing 98 percent of higher education enrollment and thousands of high schools nationwide, have placed in us as your partner for nearly 25 years. We are proud of the confidence you have in the Clearinghouse, your nonprofit partner, to protect and secure your data, and serve you and your students.
In partnership with you, our fall enrollment reporting peak season was a huge success! Together we cut our standard, five-day file processing turnaround time nearly in half. We achieved an outstanding, average processing time of 2.67 days with your commitment to processing your Error Resolution on the Web reports in a timely manner. We appreciate your attentiveness to working hand-in-hand with our School Operations team!
I also want to point out other successes we accomplished together:
- Launched the new Clearinghouse Academy, featuring online and live events;
- Rolled out the Audit Resource Center’s Compliance Central web page;
- Implemented a nationwide Reverse Transfer platform;
- Used StudentTracker for High Schools to generate reports for more than 8,000 high schools;
- Created a new online SSCR Error Correction system; and
- Welcomed Drake University as the 200th institution using the eTranscripts solution that we developed with our strategic partner, Ellucian.

As we enhance our Education Services division with new staff and services, we are committed to collaborating with you on an integrated K20 continuum going forward.
To further our collaboration to benefit your campus and students, register online to attend one of our Clearinghouse Academy webinars or live sessions in your neighborhood.
