Key Performance Indicators

The National Student Clearinghouse will deploy Tableau System of Institution level rollup, including Enrollment, CAR, CCR, Retention/Persistence, Non-Cohort, Gateway, Outcomes, and Executive Summary. All KPIs will be available from two- and four-year institution types.

This enhancement enables users to advocate systemwide improvements based on the system rollup in order to:

• Introduce the long-awaited ability to see dynamic Postsecondary Data Partnership reports for systems of institutions at the system level, in addition to the individual institution level
• Enable the user to slice summary data for two- and four-year institutions
• Provide greater transparency across multiple cohorts and demographics
