Transfer Dashboards

The National Student Clearinghouse is deploying Transfer Dashboards in Tableau for Postsecondary Data Partnership participating institutions.

Given that over 38% of students starting at U.S. institutions are transfer students, this enhancement allows users to advocate systemwide improvements to student outcomes based on the institutional transfer-in population in order to:

• Induce institutions to study both in- and out-of-state mobility patterns and build partnership bridges with starting institutions and summer swirler host institutions
• Understand transfer and mobility by student demographics
• Study timing of transfers to allow institutions to build early alerts
